The foodsaver freshsaver handheld vacuum is a very good deal and space saver compared to the the other foodsaver vacuums. The vacuum itself works perfect. My only wish is that foodsaver designed better and little less expensive plastic bags. Also, I find it a little difficult to reopen the deli container after the air has been vacuumed. I prefer the plastic bags and they perform as needed. I use them to store veggies and they have definitely prolonged the life of the veggies. I would definitely recommend this item.

I really like this product, however, I did order the larger one for freezer items. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to save produce and cheese, etc. I used it on my bagels and they kind of collapsed, guess I shouldn't have done that. Still on the learning curve. The bags do not even hold a seal overnight, I am returning mine. It seemed like a such a good idea but in reality its a waste of money. So disappointing.

I bought this to replace my Reynolds food sealer as it was discontinued and I could not get the bags. I really prefer the Reynolds. Some of the sealed bags lost the seal in my freezer. It works pretty well and I don't have room for the larger model.
