These bags are constructed from 4 ply material. 3 inner linings, and 1 outer lining, for maximum dust retention, performance, and durability. These bags measure about 6" x 4", and also have a rubber seal, which prevents and dust leakage when replacing the bag. 12 Bags per pack.
If your Electrolux upright vacuum is RED, THESE BAGS WILL NOT WORK! The Red colored Model is actually a Euerka vacuum with the Electrolux (Oxygen) name on it. These bags fit nearly all Aerus/Electrolux uprights made since 1986 such as the Discovery (II/III/Advantage), Genesis (LX/LXE), and Epic 2500/3500.

I needed a new pack of bags for my Electrolux Discovery II vacuum. Previously I've paid the big bucks for the genuine bags which are twice the price of these, but they are becoming harder and harder to find since Eureka bought Electrolux. I saw these bags and all the positive reviews here and thought I'd give them a try. Suction seems the same as with the genuine bags and they fit in the vacuum exactly the same way. Time will tell if they fill up as much as genuine bags; I've purchased off-brand bags before that just didn't get as full and I'd end up changing them sooner. So far I can't tell any difference between these and the genuine bags, they even look the same besides the color. The price was hard to beat. I'm not sure if the genuine bags have the microfiltration in them but these do, which should help with allergies. Next time I need bags I will be back here for more.

Have an older Electrolux Upright...Have been buying the "U" bags at local dealer, and they do cost quite a bit.
Am on a tight budget now, and found this site for purchasing the U Bags. Am always willing to gamble.
Well, this company delivered within a week, and the quality is great. The dozen bags purchased, cost less than half of what I would have paid if bought at the local Electrolux store!
