Don't waste your money on this vacuum "cleaner". It does not have good suction and does not pick up dirt in the middle track so you have a line of dirt between two semi-clean lines. It blows dust out the front vent so you have to keep running the vc over the same spot repeatedly. (and the front of the vc is covered in dirt!) Also when you turn it off, all suction stops and whatever was in the chamber is dumped back on your floor, so you ALWAYS have to go back over the stop spot with a broom to finish cleaning. It's awful.

i've had this vacuum cleaner for only about 10 months and now it is acting up. i was actually quite happy with it because the suction is strong - so strong that it actually sucked up my curtain and the belt broke! i had to return it to the store and get a new one. After that incident, the vacuum worked on how i wanted it to work: to vacuum up dog hair. I have 2 dogs that shed like there's no tomorrow, so i was quite happy with this. However, some comments:
1. cord is too short (for me), but not a biggie. sometimes it's just troublesome to have to keep unplugging to go to the next room.
2. it blows out air too much that you can't use it on tile floor. so instead of having just a vacuum, i also have a broom (when i'm really on cleaning mode), a swiffer vacuum (when i'm lazy), and a steam cleaner (on extra hyper cleaning mode).
3. i love that i can just wash the filter and not have to buy tons and tons of bags
4. the duster, in theory is a great thing to have, but in practice, i barely used it. because let's face it, i don't vacuum everyday, and i'm not going to break out the vacuum just to dust. and by the time i'm done vacuuming, i'm tired and not in the mood to dust!
5. I had no problems with it clogging or anything. I vacuum about 2x a week, and if i don't stay on top of it and end up vacuuming only once a week, the tube won't clog and the brushes are always clean.
6. HOWEVER, we've only had it for 10 months, and there's something wrong with it, engine or power makes a really really loud noise. Now, I have to buy another one and it sucks because i'm wondering if i should have just gone for a more expensive vacuum?
For the most part, i loved it when it worked. Now, i hate it because it didn't last a long time and i have to buy another one. so, if you are on a budget, i say, just save a little bit more and wait to buy a better one. However, if you can't wait, this vacuum does a good job of cleaning up dog hair.

Clogs very easy. Suction is teriable. Hose comes out of beaterbar part very easy so vacuume dosen't pick anything up most of the time. I can not believe how bad this vacuum is. I also can not believe any one that used the vacuum would give it more than 2 stars.

Very satisfied. This is my first bagless vacuum and am pleasantly surprised how easy it is to empty it out. It is really not a big deal to change as many people had advised me will be an annoyance.
The bonus duster is a good idea and comes in handy.

This thing rocks! I have average length carpet (not shag, and not industrial business carpet, but somewhere in-between) and I have two cats, one long haired. Usually I can vacuum my whole upstairs before I have to empty the bagless container, but I had to empty it immediately after I vacuumed my living room (The waste container is just as big as any other vacuum I've had, so it's not the size. This thing is sucking up a LOT more stuff than my old bissell).
The cord is shorter than some vacuums, but as long as you have a plug in every room, you'll be fine. That also means it's less cord to wind up when you're done!
The model I bought comes with a dust wand. When you're done with the wand, you put it back into it's holster and the vacuum sucks the dust off of the wand inside it's little chamber. It also came with an accessory that is excellent for furniture and kitty towers. It's one of those brush attachments, but when you attach it to the end of the hose, suction turns these little bristles inside and it stirs up and collects the hair deep down!
I have a back porch with industrial carpet & it's always covered in cat hair and bird seed. I did get pelted in my bare feet with some of the seed while I was vacuuming, but it sucked up the hair and I wasn't using the lowest height setting.
I had to assemble it myself, but it was only 5 screws and didn't take long at all. Came with easy to follow instructions.
Got it at walmart for $80, but it is definitely worth $200 easy!
