I love my H2O Vac. I totally feel it gets alot of dirt and WOW the pet hair. The only neg thing is the cord needs to be longer, and you will want to order the power head. I added a pull string to mine cause it could slide better on the carpet. But all in all i really like it way better than a HOVER VAC. but i have used my attachments on this one LOL.

Pros
-You can adjust the power of the suction.
-The cord is retractable.
-You can vacuum up liquids.
-The air flow can be reversed so the vacuum can be used as a blower.
-If you vacuum up something by accident it is easy to retrieve from the water tank (although it will be wet)
Cons
-Does not have strong suction. I have to go over the same spot several times to get a mess up. It takes me 45min to vacuum my one bedroom 800sq foot apartment. On wet spots, I can get more of the liquid up with a towel than with the vacuum.
-While doing routine vacuuming the base unit tips over creating quite a mess (not moving quickly or going around corners).
-Cannot go around corners. I have to pick up the base unit and place it around the corner every time I change rooms.
- Does not come with power brush head (a head with a spinning brush)
- The power brush head only spins when it is lifted off the floor and cannot be used on hard surfaces.
-The water tank must be left unassembled when not in use or the next time the vacuum is used it will make your home smell like wet dog.
-The water tank holds very little water so if you have a larger home it needs to be emptied several times during vacuuming also, it can only be used to clean up a very small liquid mess.
-It is difficult to empty the tank without making a huge mess.
-Since the various heads are only kept on with pressure, there is no snap or clamp, they are sometimes very difficult to remove and other times they fall off mid use.
-It can only suck up very small particles and the hose can become clogged easily.
I hope this review was useful to you. I was disappointed in this vacuum. I was excited to have a wet/dry vac, but it is so frustrating for me to use I leave the vacuuming up to the other members of the household.

I just purchased one of the newer models and I was thinking this was not going to live up to the TV ads and after reading all the bad reviews I decided to find one cheap... After setting it up and using it I was very surprised how well it did work! Yes it is not the best made or heavy duty unit I would have liked but, it sure does the small jobs well. The attachments are not well designed like the extension is very short and you will get a back ache using it for too long. But if you find another piece to add to the handle that should take care of that. I gave it 4 stars because of the price, so do your homework and buy it right!

Anyone that thinks this vacuums works great on carpets have must not ever owned a real vacuum. It is TERRIBLE on carpets. It does do a great job on any hard floor, small liquid spills, inflating things, blowing off the walkway or porch, and anything that doesn't involve carpet. I bought this vacuum for a certain job. I have 3 guinea pigs and built a 4 foot x 5 foot C&C cage. I use the fleece bedding so I only change the cage once a week, but every day I need to vacuum out the poo. My regular vacuums were to powerful and would suck up the fabric. This is great because you can adjust the power. Dust busters would get clogged and were a pain to empty. With this I just flush it all down the toilet and rinse. Plus I add a few drops (1/8t.) of fabric softener in the water tank and it releases a pleasant smell when I vacuum. Of coarse I did not pay 150.00 to vacuum up guinea pig poo. I found a new(opened box)H2O vac on ebay for about 60.00 and that included the shipping. Hope this helps y'all.
