I love this clock! I went through many before I found this one. I live in the suburbs, and the clock sets itself within minutes of getting a battery. The display is large enough to be easily readable (even as nearsighted as I am) without being obnoxiously big. The numbers don't glow, so I am not bathed in light while sleeping like I was with some other clocks. But a gentle touch on the top of the clock will light up the numbers nicely for a few seconds. There are two alarms. Good for work days and weekends. The alarm times are very quick and easy to change. I really like the way the numbers change by 1s at first, but if you hold the button down they jump by 5s after a while. This makes it fast to adjust the alarm time. The snooze time is adjustable.I think that is great because a snooze time of nine minutes (typical in other clocks) never really worked for me. The alarm tone is affective without being grating on the nerves. It starts out as slow beeps, but becomes faster and more insistant after a 10 seconds or so. This is nice if others are sleeping in the room as it gives you an opportunity to shut it off before others wake. My husband liked mine, so I got him one and he is pleased. My son didn't like his alarm, so asked for one like mine. He loves it. My other son didn't want to be like his brother so we got him a different clock. He didn't like that one and now, more experienced, wants the same one as his brother's. My clock and my husbands has held up very well for several years, so I am more than happy to buy another for my second son.

I liked the clear numbers but trying to set it is a nightmare, the back buttons are too close together & too easy to misuse. The back light is very dim & again almost impossible to find to use. Since I have had it the alarm has gone off twice unset, the hour-time numbers are moving erratically forward & back, not staying in time for more than 30 minutes. Very weird. I will try a new battery but am very disappointed with this clock since it is a decent size & looks good.Would not suggest anyone buy it. Could be possible I got a lemon.

At first I really liked this clock, it functions very well, but it broke after a few short months of use. It is designed so that you press down and back to hit "snooze", which is actually pretty difficult to do when you're asleep-- a simple button is much easier-- and when I did this one time it bent all the way back and snapped off the base. It won't even stand up without the base so it's useless. Also the folding design is good for travel in theory, but all the buttons are on the back and it folds toward the front, so all the buttons are exposed when it's folded. Thus the alarm could easily get turned on while in your bag.

This is the second one of these i have bought. The first one i must have had for 8 years and then the buttons wore out and became unresponsive. I use it both as my primary alarm clock and a travel clock.
Love the self setting, self adjusting time. Battery powered only. And the number one feature is the adjustable snooze. Set it for however many minutes you want to snooze in the morning.

Thought the quality would be much better. Does it work - Yes. But, it is a cheap, cheesy feeling plastic travel clock. Gets the job done, but I was very disappointed on the quality side.
