I had purchased one of these mops at a home show years ago and loved it. When it finally started to wear out I looked on the Internet for a replacement. They have changed the design slightly as now the head of the mops swivels. I find this makes the mop more difficult to manage but otherwise it is a good quality.

This is the best mop for wood floors. It's gentle, yet gets shoe scuffs and dried food off the floor. And match it with a great wood cleaner such as non-toxic Murphey's Oil Soap, and your good to go. I think the previous person that said they got streaks used an inferior floor cleaner. I would not hesitate to buy this mop again for myself, or as a gift for my relatives.

Just use water and it cleans up my hardwood floors great! Apply a little pressure to the dirtier spots and that's all she wrote. Have had my mop for over 3 years and not found anything that can clean like this.

This mop refill is easy to use since it simply attaches to the mop base with velcro, and stays in place, but it left terrible streaks on my laminate floors. I have tried washing the pad and remopping several times and always the same poor result. I'm very dissatisfied.
