I'm a strong coffee drinker and thought to myself that a French Roast is a bold coffee. Well, I didn't find this to be very "bold" so I can't rate it well according to my taste for coffee.



If you like strong coffee like we do - consider these:

2. Green Mountain Sumatra

3. Emeril's Extra Bold

4. Newman's Own Extra Bold



That being said, some people don't like the strong taste of coffee so take my advice only if you are a strong coffee drinker.

I have to agree, I have tried a number of other brands and the Diedrich French Roast is richer and more flaorful. The others have tasted thin. Almost a completely different machine with this French Roast. I have no idea why, buy it is worth trying.

Great blend, if you like French Roasts you will love this. I have found the best K-cups for the Keurig are the dark roasts, they seem to brew with the best flavor, and as far as they go this is one of the best. You won't go wrong choosing this if you love a dark, rich, full bodied flavor with a little bite like I do.

This is a very good coffee. Very Robust and Bold. Not as bold as the Emeril's Big Easy Bold but has a very good robust coffee flavor. Very enjoyable cup of coffee with no bitterness. This and the Emeril's Big Easy Bold are the only ones of the extra bold that I really like and that lives up to the extra bold designation. I think I have tried all the extra bold K-Cups now. These two are the only ones I will drink.

This is the first Keurig I have owned. Actually, the company where I work originally got one of those big, fancy Keurigs which I tried and liked. I subsequently purchased a smaller version. The B30 is all anyone needs unless you live in a large household. I am the only coffee drinker at my house. I grew tired of throwing out coffee I didn't drink. The Keurig offers a great solution in that only one cup is made/brewed at a time. If you only drink one cup, there's nothing to throw out. Also, I like putting in only one cup of water at a time so you don't worry about the water that sits in a larger machine tasting less fresh. The main thing that sold me, however, was the number of different drinks Keurig makes. It brews coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The cost of the K pods may be a factor. I haven't analyzed that but this is the machine to go with otherwise.

The Keurig B30 is a great little coffee maker. I'm very happy with my purchase. So, here's my quick review. Pros: The B30 is fast. It brews a cup of coffee in 3 minutes. The coffee tastes fresh and delicious. Cons: The B30 can only brew an 8-ounce cup. Also, the K-cups are non-recyclable. In addition, the K-cups are more expensive than buying coffee in bulk or traditional packaging--although some comparison shopping makes the cost more reasonable. In brief, despite these negatives, the B30 seems to be a high-quality coffee maker that will provide coffee drinkers with years of enjoyment. By the way, Green Mountain Coffee, the company that manufactures the B30, is attempting to develop a recyclable K-cup.

This coffee maker is just the right size for me. Just perfect for that afternoon or mid morning cup of coffee. I used to drink the leftover coffee in the big pot that had been sitting on the burner for several hours but the flavor was not good at all.

Went out an bought this at Kohl's because I just had to have this new gimmick.

1) The hot chocolate was disgusting. OK, did they taste test this product before they put it on the market? I can't imagine someone in quality control sipping the hot chocolate and going "hmmmm delicious, the public is going to love this". This person should be fired from his taste testing job.

2) Coffee comes out very weak, very lukewarm and very unappealing. I even used cold filtered spring water thinking it would improve the taste...NOT.

3) Temperamental machine. Every other 3rd or 4th brew, it would stop brewing. I would open & shut everything, turn off & on, unplug and plug back in several times while swearing like a truck driver. I also switched out the mugs/cups thinking the stupid 'sensors' weren't registering. After dealing with this intermittent problem for about a month, I couldn't take it anymore and returned it to Kohl's. Since I possessed about 100 k-cups in my cupboard, I decided to exchange it for a new one. Well, have the new one about 2 months now and I'm experiencing the same

problem but not as often as before.

4)You get what you pay for....$60 is very cheap to pay for a pod coffee maker and expect a good cup of coffee.

5)Cannot recommend this cheap product. Save your money and the aggravation of owning this machine...don't buy.

Let me first say great choice for ur keurig... The price is high for some as it's about fifty cents per cup for many of the K-cups. If u want to save money then buy in bulk and if u shop around u can cut this price in half. If u want or need to save more money, then buy the 15 dollar part that allows u to grind ur own beans and fill w not much more work then k-cups if u are smart and fast. I sometimes u the cups for convenience sake, but usually ground for best results and ur own blending options. Gotta run...hope this helps some people make a decision. Happy New Year! Drew... FYI... obviously the co doesn't want u to know this info as it loses them money! But on the other hand it is great help to env., if u care about that. If not do what u like.... good luck people...lol.

This coffee maker is AMAZING! I have the B70 model and mine is very quiet and turns out a perfect cup of coffee everytime! There are many different varietys of coffees to choose from and it's definitely cheaper than going to Starbucks, or Dunkin Donuts. I love my Keurig K-Cup coffee every bit as much as Starbucks, so I'm actually going to save money which is always a great thing! I absolutely love Keurig!

Expensive but likely worth it. Once you buy the machine you can get your cup of coffee for about 40 cents which is undoubtedly more than the typical brew a pot approach however the convenience is amazing. In looking through the reviews I saw some concerns about whether the coffee would be hot enough. With this unit on the max temperature and with a biggest cup setting (12 oz) with some cold milk already in the bottom of my mug the resulting coffee was still too hot to actually start drinking.



The product is clearly well designed and engineered. The water reservoir is still a bit small...especially 12 oz at a crack.



In a nutshell...buy it...you'll be glad you did.
