"just what I wanted" 2010-04-02

The kit came quickly and in good shape. It was nice to have, since I had belt problems with the new vacuum right away.
"Everything as described" 2010-03-15

All the items were in the package as promised. I replaced the belt right away and it broke. Not sure if it was old or maybe I didn't install it right. The old one still works for now and I'll just get another to replace. I am very glad though to have a year's worth of bags and the filters. Even with the belt breaking, I will order this package again if I still have my vacuum.
"Merchandise not as pictured or described" 2010-03-11

These are not "All Genuine Eureka parts" as stated in the description and pictured in the illustration. These seem to be typical "bargain" merchandise. For the bags I received 2 packages labeled "10 Micro-Lined" "designed to fit Eureka" bags, one full 10-count package and one package was opened and had 8 bags in it (but not the "6 packages of 3 bags Part 6115A" listed in the description). The motor filters, HEPA filter and belt were shipped loose without any packaging or brand identification. I will be returning these for a refund.
** Addendum to my review of 3/11/10 - When I contacted the vendor about this order they apologized for the materials not as advertised and reshipped the order with the "Genuine Eureka" items as advertised. They also refunded my shipping charges for the returned items.

Decent price and to have what I need to keep my new Eureka going for quite some time!
"Product not as described" 2010-03-07
By Heather MV (St. Paul, MN)
Every item in this supposed "genuine eureka part" kit was generic. I did receive all the items that were included, however the motor filters, HEPA filter and belt were unlabeled and unpackaged. The replacement bags were generic brand. I'm not a vaccuum expert, so these may very well work just fine. However, I can't help but be at least a little annoyed that I didn't receive what I thought I was going to, especially after seeing the same seller sells a similar kit labeled "generic eureka" for ten dollars less than what I paid for my "genuine" kit. As I'm not the only one complaining about this, I'm guessing this is more than an honest mistake.
