Good, sturdy pads. They wash easily in any washing machine. I recommend buying these from Ken's Sewing and Vacuum Cleaning store through Amazon if not available directly from Amazon itself. Ken's is a good, reliable vendor.

I am so grateful I got these extra pads. The pad gets very wet when mopping, so it's great to remove it, wash it out, hang it up to dry (it takes a while to empty out and then dry) and replace it with a nice dry clean one. If you have a lot of mopping to do with your steamer, get these. You'll be glad you did.

If you are purchasing a Haan Steam Mop you absolutely should invest in the set of 4 extra pads. To get the best result on your floor it is important that the pads are changed often--otherwise you end up with wet, streaky floors. These 4 pads (plus the 2 that come with the item) get me through an entire tank of water with an excellent result.
