The product is great, however, it doesn't go very far. My biggest disappointment was in the shipping. One of the bottles was leaking and I lost a considerable amount of the product. I sent an e-mail to Amazon and received no response. Not very good customer service.

I purchased this cleaner for my new Hoover carpet cleaning machine. Cleaning my own carpet was a new experience for me and I was a little uncertain about what to use. I read other reviews and decided to use this product based on them. I was very pleased with the results. I love my new machine and this cleaning product gave me great results. I plan to keep it on hand for small clean-ups and upholstery. Highly recommend it.

This product is EXCELLENT. My family & I moved into provided housing due to my husbands job, and the carpets weren't cleaned prior to our move in (and hadn't been in the 10 yrs from the home being built). The house is surrounded by dirt/mud..not even our road is paved & the carpets are a speckled cream color. Well, now they are when we moved in they were a light speckled tan. It is AMAZING the difference in the color & the softness of the carpet. The 4 for 3 promo is the best way to go for pricing purposes.

I bought this in hopes that a stain I had been trying to remove from my livingroom for a year would come out. I had tried many different products and nothing worked on this stain. I don't know what the stain was because it was there when we bought the house. Although, I didn't know because it was under furniture. I also took out some type of red stain in my daughter's bedroom since she has just moved out into an apartment by her college. This stuff works!
