I have been using this detergent for over 3 years now. Still as good as ever! Great supplier.

I gave 1 star not because of the product itself. The product is absolutely great. We have Miele W4802. This detergent works very well as advertised. I heard that Tide HE works well too but some customer reviews out there are saying it's hard to get all powder off the cloth - so we went for Persil. We are happy.
The problem IS:
As soon as I placed the order, I realized that our local Miele store has the same product that actually costs a little less. We can get it right away instead of waiting for shipping. i immediately tried to contact the seller from Amazon website. There is no phone number and only email is made avalaible. I sent them 2-3 emails asking for cancellation but they NEVER responded!!! In a few days, the product arrived.
I think it is totally iresponsble if you allow customers to contact you and you don't intend to respond to our requests. At least, I would like to get a response saying something. No, never heard a word from them. I hope Amazon can monitor these sellers and give them feedback if these sellers don't live up to their promise.
Be aware of this problem. I don't think there is a way that customer can cancel an order with this seller.

I like this product, but don't feel it does any better job than what I had been using before. It is hard to find powder HE detergent for my front loading machine, so this was a nice find. The fragrance is strong, but not objectionable. One box will last a VERY long time as I only need about 1 Tablespoon of detergent per load as I have soft water.

Nobody needs to sell me on Persil products, because I know they are the BEST, although I think all Persil products are way to expensive. I know that they are being sold in Germany for a fraction of what it costs here in the US. This is just to let everybody know that I am pleased with the merchant, who delivered as promised, and unless I find Persil or other products at a much lower price at other merchants shops' I will use this one again.

We are doing a home exchange vacation here in Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, BC,CA from Fountain Hills, AZ USA. The home has a fabulous new front-load Miele laundry pair, which I had never tried before, as well as a giant box of PERCIL Universal Pearls Laundry Detergent. While at first sceptical of the VERY small amount of Percil needed per load, as well as the barely-there water level in the washer tub, I was then blown away by the SUPERB RESULTS! My clothes and linens have NEVER looked and smelled this fresh and clean! I will be looking for a mega box of Percil to take home with us in our RV (which is our travel mode) and will be seriously considering changing out my old top-load washer and dryer for a front-load, water-saving pair at the next break-down opportunity. The stingy amounts of water required would be perfect as well for arid AZ. GREAT!!!
