I have a new construction bathroom with some sort of chemical smell that's faint but bothersome. I thought this product would work, and it seemed to but only for a few days. Very disappointed as it is pricey. Will save it for someone with a litter box. Can't really recommend it. I did everything to try to get it to work longer, but it seems dead although still almost full of crystals.

After reading all the publicity on this product and watching their ads on TV, I thought I had FINALLY found a product that will really work. The gel crystals worked great the first week, eliminating all the bad odors in a home with cats and leaving the room smelling fresh. It really worked! But into the second week, I noticed the odors returning, and by the third week the product didn't work at all. A major disappointment and a big waste of money. I purchased four of these items - three are going back.

This product worked somewhat for a few weeks but it is not the miracle cure it claims to be. I was waiting for the crystals to "diffuse" and start working, but that never happened. It minimized odors but never got rid of them.
