I bought this to clean up a few small dusty and relatively inaccessable areas in my office i.e. behind my desk and computer, etc. It will pick up dust bunnies (barely), but any surface dust will be left behind. Don't bother with the white glove test after using this vacuum cleaner. The suction on this unit is so poor that when I tried to vacuum up some rice cakes crumbs it couldn't remove a single one from the floor. NOT ONE!!! We're not talking ball bearings here folks - rice cake crumbs. Another "nice" feature is that when you tilt the unit down when the motor is off, any dust that it did somehow manage to pick up invariably spills out the front nozzle. Think of it as a dust "leaf blower" - moves some dust around, but when all is said and done, it's still there. Advice? Buy a corded hand vacuum unit. I did, and the corded unit cost essentially the same as this one.

I'm well satisfied with this product. As others have said, it is handy to vaccum up dirt and crumbs from small areas. I also find it handy to clean dust from my computer keyboard. My only (very minor) difficulty is sometimes not guiding it into it's wall mount correctly. I've cleaned the dust filter one time (wet), and had no problem.

This product is not heavy, but is powerful enough to pick up the odds and ends that seem to show up. The little extension nozzle is pretty good for getting into cracks. The ability to see how full the debris compartment is, and what is in it is very important to me. After emptying the debris, the filter is easy to rinse off and set aside to dry until next time.

I really love this dustbuster! I use it all the time around my house. That was until I took out the filter and tried to find a replacement... impossible! Finally I bought a replacement here on amazon. Here's a hint: a lot of times when you purchase more than one something the shipping remains the same, or only increases by a little bit. So, take the shipping into account when purchasing. Sometimes the one at the top of the list ("cheapest") isn't the cheapest if you purchase 2 or more. Also, the battery life is good when fully charged, but for some reason it doesn't hold it's charge if not on the charger. (Even if it is fully charged, if you leave it off the charger w/o using it, it will lose the charge.) So, I can't imagine that it's the most energy efficient... but I figure it's better for the environment for me to purchase sort of expensive filters rather than start over with a new handheld. Once I get the new filters, I'm sure I'll love it again!
