I bought this in a local store. It really works!!!! I've never seen anything work EXACTLY as described. Very easy to use. I've used it 5+ times...never a bad brownie. I've had people ask me where I bought the brownies- they're amazed when I tell them that I baked them. You do have to put a pan under the brownie pan, because the nonstick spray will leak out the bottom.

Do your brownies rip, tear and look like a mess? If they do it is because of the perfect brownie pan. We have used the product 3 times with various mixes, all the brownies came out bad. We used a lot of cooking spray and they still stuck. If you don't eat the brownies right away they will go stale. Don't waste your money.

Every now and then one of these inventions comes along that really works. This is one of them.
There are 2 features that I really like:
1) The brownies come in squares that are pre-cut. It is that simple. After putting the batter in the pan, put the divider thing in, and boom, that easy. When you take it out, the brownies are all cut.
2) The side of the pan goes down onto the base, making a perfect serving station for the brownies. Very clever idea.
A couple of suggestions:
1) Use PAM on the pan and also on the divider. It makes the clean up a thousand times easier. I prefer to hand wash the pan because I want it to last.
2) Take the divider out pretty soon after the brownies are done. Since the divider is made of metal, it gets hot, and cooks the edges of all the brownies. You don't want to overcook them.
This is a great product that I highly recommend!

Loved this set. Baked brownies with my seven year old. He gobbled them up and asked for more. Nothing stuck to the pan. It did exactly what it said it would do. Baked perfect brownies!
